The right led by the United States and its operating agencies infiltrate the social organizations to generate movements to destabilize democracy in Bolivia, on Saturday denounced President Evo Morales Ayma.
He said that the offensive right-wing parties also manifest themselves through Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) calling for some unions to sue the government claims over the possibilities of the state to create conflict.
Has revealed that reports and photographs of some NGOs have met with village leaders to urge them to promote Caranavi protest movement that erupted into a conflict in recent weeks.
The President said that these movements are led by the United States and its agencies seeking the weakening of the change process and social transformations undertaken by the national government.
"It is no coincidence that a former adviser to former president Gonzalo Sanchez de Lozada (Goni) has been appointed by the White House as deputy adviser Cooperation Agency (USAID) said.
He added that the U.S. agency "has been given the task of financing in Bolivia to NGOs and foundations to penetrate in social organizations and trade unions whose leaders give them money,"
"That way these organizations pose to the Government claims unavailable to cause trouble and create conflict," he said.
The President stressed that "just as I trembled hand to expel the U.S. ambassador in Bolivia, Philip Goldberg, and DEA agents, I will tremble to do the same with USAID officials."
Morales said that the federations of the Tropic of Cochabamba have been immune to these offers and they work independently and with funding from the ground up to address social struggles.
The Head of State emphasized that "economic independence, dignity to the social struggles in Bolivia and can move in search of people's welfare."
